• Per the state of Missouri and Valley Park School District, it is required that all students MUST be in compliance/up-to-date with their immunizations in order to attend school. Please don't assume that we have your child's updated immunizations in our records.  If you have received a letter from our office requesting immunization records, please don't disregard it. It was sent because we need documentation from your doctor/clinic that your child's immunizations are up to date.
Instruct the doctor's office to fax the immunization records to 636.923.3656, drop off a copy in person or have your child drop it off at the nurse's office. If the requested immunizations have not yet been given, we require the date and time of the next appointment in which they will be given. The appointment must be within a reasonable amount of time in order for your child's immunizations to be considered "in-progress".

Students entering 8th, 9th, 10th and 12th grade are required to have the Meningococcal vaccination(s).

    8th, 9th and 10th grade student:

MUST have one (1) dose of the Meningococcal vaccine (MCV).

Note: Dose must be given after 10 years of age.

    12th grade students:

Two (2) doses of Meningococcal vaccine (MCV) are required.

EXCEPTION:  If 12th grade student received one (1) dose after age 16.  In that case, only one (1) dose that is required.

Contact your doctor now to see if your child has already received the MCV vaccination (if not, please schedule an appointment). Have the doctor’s office fax your student’s MCV vaccine verification to 636.923.3656 or e-mail their school secretary.  You may also drop a copy off at the school office.

REMINDER:  This immunization record MUST be turned in before the first day of school on August 22, 2022.
