The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has formed a manual of what a Guidance and Counseling program should consists of in order to enhance personal/social, academic and career student development. The VPES Guidance and Counseling Program is based off the components of this manual. Listed below are the basic components and the LINK to the manual.
