    Valley Park School District is committed to the safety of all our students and staff. In this time of heightened awareness, we are evaluating our crisis and safety plans, the security of our campus and buildings, and the community feedback that we've received in recent weeks. We are taking measures now to tighten the security of our campus and will implement the final phase of our Safety & Security upgrades over the summer.

  • Buscher appointed to Missouri Fine Arts Standards Work Group

    Valley Park band teacher Stefanie Buscher has been appointed to the state's Fine Arts Standards Work Group. Nine Missourians were appointed by education organizations to the group, which will review and possibly make recommendations for new Fine Arts learning standards.

    Gov. Eric Greitens announced the appointment of Valley Park superintendent Dr. David Knes to the Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC), a twelve-state entity designed to provide greater higher education opportunities and services in the Midwest.
